Universal Vaccinations for Children will be Overseen by Committee which Accepts Vaccine Manufacturer Monies

A House of Representatives Bill, short titled “Vaccinate All Children Act of 2015,” has been referred to the Subcommittee on Health and is awaiting committee action.

HR  2232 was introduced by Frederica Wilson, Democrat from Florida and is largely modeled on the California student vaccination act, which was signed into law by Governor Jerry Brown in June of this year.

Like the California Act, HR 2232 removes all previous exemptions from vaccination, other than a medical exemption, supported by a medical doctor’s statement that a particular vaccination would be hazardous to a specific child’s well- being. Gone are the religious exemptions and philosophical exemptions.

Previously, forty-eight states had laws on the books honoring religious exemptions and nineteen states allowed philosophical exemptions.

This Act would override any state law governing vaccine exemptions, making it mandatory for all students at public elementary and secondary schools to be vaccinated. The bill would amend the Public Health Services Act to require students “to be vaccinated in accordance with the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.” (ACIP)

The bill does not, however, reveal which vaccinations would be mandatory nor does it place a cap on vaccinations.

The above cited Advisory Committee, which will be making the decisions concerning which shots are mandatory, is stacked with pro-vaccination heavyweights. Notable committee members include a Dr. Kelly Moore, Director, Tennessee Immunization Program, Dr. Edward Belongia, Director, Center for Clinical Epidemiology & Population Health at the Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation  and Dr. Kathleen Harriman, Chief, Vaccine Preventable Disease Epidemiology Section with the California Department of Public Health, to name a few. Also sitting on the Committee as Ex Officio members are Department of Defense (DoD) officials as well as FDA officials and members of the Department of Veterans Affairs, among representatives from other federal agencies.

Dollars for Docs

A close scrutiny of this Advisory Committee reveals that quite a number of its members are enriching themselves through vaccine industry “donations” or grants.

For example, some of these individuals have a history which includes industry sponsorship or employment. An example is Dr. Belongia, who has been listed as Co-Principal Investigator for an industry sponsored study of effectiveness of quadrivalent influenza vaccine in children.

According to Propublica, a number of these vaccine experts on the Advisory Committee are accepting large sums of vaccine company money. Dr. Gregory Poland, who is with the American College of Physicians and also the Mayo Clinic, has received a total of $17,351.00 from vaccine manufacturers Novartis Vaccines and Sanofi Pasteur. The money changed hands, according to Propublica, for activities by Dr. Poland listed as promotional speaking, consulting and travel and food expenses from November 2013 through December 2014.

Dr. Stanley Grogg, a “Liaison Member” of the Committee and with American Osteopathic Association (AOA), was rewarded for his “promotional speaking” activities, as well as “consulting,” “travel and lodging” and of course the ubiquitous “food and beverage” — to the tune of  $60,391.00. These payments were made during the period of August 2013 through December 2014 and came from a buffet of pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, Sanofi, Novartis Vaccines and GlaxoSmithKline, among others.

Dr. Kenneth Schmader is listed as a “Liaison Member” of the ACIP, due to his position with the American Geriatrics Society (AGS). He is a Professor of Medicine-Geriatrics and Geriatrics Division Chief at Duke University and Durham VA Medical Centers in Durham, NC. Dr. Schmader received $75,913.79 for research, paid by Merck, Sharp and Dohme Corporation during the program year 2014.

Dr. Carol Baker, a “Liaison member” and with Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) , also works as a Professor of Pediatrics with the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Baker was also found to have received $37,514.00 from August 2013-December 2014 for speaking, consulting, lodging and eating. The usual suspects pop up as the vaccine manufacturers who contributed to Dr. Baker—Novartis and Pfizer making the majority of the contributions.

Not to be left in the dust, Dr. William Schaffner, a “Liaison Member” from the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID) and the Chairman, Department of Preventive Medicine, Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, received a total payment of $26,208 in the two year period from Pfizer and Sanofi Pasteur. The total paid Dr. Schaffner for travel and lodging came to$13,653.00.

Committee member Dr. Ruth Karron, who is listed as  Professor and Director at the Center for Immunization Research, Department of International Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, received $ $7,173 from GlaxoSmithKline for consulting from April-December, 2009, while Dr. Lee Harrison of Pittsburgh was paid a total of $27,663.00 by Glaxo and Pfizer, from 2009-2012.

Besides direct payments to pro- vaccine committee members from the pharmaceutical companies, there are other revenue streams gracing ACIP committee members. While this reporter did not find evidence that Advisory Committee member Dr. Arthur Reingold had received the above types of monies from Big Pharma, his name surfaced in connection with an effort to shut down a Professor whose work challenged the conventional wisdom that AIDS was mortally impacting large numbers of Africans. Reingold was assigned to “investigate” professor Peter Duesberg for “misconduct,” surrounding Duesberg’s findings that figures on AIDS deaths in Africa had been deliberately inflated.

As it turned out, Dr. Arthur Reingold had received over $37 million for AIDS research since 1988. Professor Duesberg was subsequently exonerated of the charges.

Dr. David Stephens, a voting member of the Committee, also did not show up on the Propublica list of doctors who took money from pharmaceutical companies. Stephens, whose bio states he has “led research initiatives in the School of Medicine” (at Emory University), is responsible for Emory researchers receiving “$521.8 million from eternal funding agencies in fiscal year 2014.”  

Stephens also hobnobs with the Vaccine Dinner Club, which exists to “advance the practice of vaccine science by stimulating the intellectual potential and research productivity of the vaccine research community in the Southeast…”

Dinners and membership in the club are free, sponsored by Emory University and other organizations. I guess with a half billion dollars knocking around in your pocket, a free lunch for your fellow scientists wouldn’t be much of an issue.

Stephens also sits on the Board of Directors for Georgia Bio, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the growth of Georgia’s life sciences industry. Also represented on the Georgia Bio Board are vaccine manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies: Johnson and Johnson, Geovax, Arbor Pharmaceuticals, Immucor, Osmotica Pharmaceutical Company and Femasys.

Georgia Bio was contacted by this reporter, who wished to query what, if any, compensation Stephens received for his service on the Board. Jennifer Kauffman, Development Director, promptly hung up rather than answer.

Should HR 2232 be approved by the US Congress, it is this Advisory Committee which will decide which vaccinations American children must receive. The clear conflict of interest inherent in Committee members padding their wallets with money from the pharmaceutical industry realistically should disqualify the members from making these critical decisions.

Opaque Government

These conflicts of interest are not new for the ACIP. As reported over fifteen years ago by the National Vaccine Information Center,  previous conflicts of interest ranged from  the ACIP chairman owning stock in vaccine giant Merck, to other financial ties between committee members and  vaccine companies. In addition, the National Vaccine Information Center reported that the mandated financial disclosures filed by committee members were incomplete, rendering a full accounting of their financial relationships with pharmaceutical companies difficult, if not impossible.

Regarding the compensation paid by the CDC to ACIP members, CDC reports that;“Appointments are not remunerated. However, members are compensated for expenses incurred by attendance at meetings. Such compensation, which includes the issuance of airline tickets, per diem to cover lodging, meals and incidental expenses will be in accordance with DHHS/CDC travel rules. An optional honorarium of $250/day for each day that a member attends an ACIP meeting is offered to voting members, who are designated as Special Government Employees during their tenure on the Committee.” 

Radio show host (Wise Women Media) Anita Stewart contributed research to this report. This reporter requested that Stewart contact the CDC to query what sort of compensation the ACIP members received, as the CDC will no longer respond to public records or media requests from this reporter. This blacklisting took place following the publication of an article in Activist Post, indicating that the CDC was deflating the numbers of biological weapons labs.

Stewart, who located the above information on ACIP compensation online, was questioned by CDC media officer Sonny Dill, who kept insisting that Stewart was I. Dill also wanted to know who Stewart worked for, stating this information was necessary before answering any questions. Stewart, who was forthcoming in response, reports that Dill declined to supply the information requested.

On November 10, 2015 — the day before Veterans Day, the US Senate passed S. 1203 giving the VA the responsibility of mandating vaccines for all veterans. If they exercise their legally protected Right to Informed Consent, they can be denied all medical care.

Open Letter to Senator Dean Heller (R-NV)

Senator,

Your recent legislation, S.1203 is a disgrace to the Congress of the United States and a life-threatening affront and threat to the Veterans of the United States and Minor Possessions.

Sec. 101 of your misnamed “21st Century Veterans Benefits Delivery Act”, tasks the Department of Veterans Affairs with the mandate to “ensure that veterans receiving medical services under chapter 17 of title 38, United States Code, receive each immunization on the recommended adult immunization schedule at the time such immunization is indicated on that schedule.”

There are more than 90 vaccines so scheduled or listed in the Adult Immunization Schedule of the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, a nested pair of astonishingly corrupt organizations whose vaccine recommendations are flawed by such deep conflicts of interest as that of Dr. Paul Offit who sat on a panel voting to recommend the vaccine of he, himself, shares ownership of the patent. Rather than recuse himself, he enthusiastically voted to approve an unnecessary vaccine which causes pneumonia, potentially lethal death of the GI tract of infants and meningitis, but which garnered him a minimum of $148,000,000 in the first year of its approval.

Similar dealings pervade the “approval” of every vaccine.

Vaccines have been held by the US Supreme Court to be “unavoidably unsafe” and by the insurance underwriting industry to be “an uninsurable risk”, matched only in its uninsurable riskiness by the nuclear generation industry, which is also uninsurable.

You have introduced legislation which exposes ALL veterans to an escalating cascade of “unavoidably unsafe” vaccines in order to assure that they maintain the access to medical treatment which they require and have been promised solemnly by the government for whom they were willing to put themselves in harm’s way and which they have trusted.

You, Sir, have made a mockery of that trust and service. You would deny medical treatment to veterans who seek only to exercise their right to Informed Consent regarding vaccines. You do this knowing that vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe.”

Your colleagues who voted YEA for this atrocious bill can be excused, perhaps, on the basis that they were not performing the duty they have taken an oath to execute faithfully by, as is so common, not reading, and even more common, not understanding the legislation which they voted for.

You, Sir, have no such excuse because your office singlehandedly introduced legislation which would destroy the immune capacity of ex-servicemen and -women who will not be able to tolerate the genetically modified DNA, the mercury, the aluminum, the Polysorbate 80, the cancer cell line and aborted fetal cell line DNA, the formaldehyde and other toxic ingredients, to say nothing of the still-infective viruses included in so many of the vaccines.

The fact that these vaccines are, according to the FDA, ALL experimental but that some are both experimental in untested seems to have escaped you, Sir.

Or perhaps not.

You and your spouse are positioned in at least 35 municipal bond projects and the like, principally in California. Is it possible, Sir, that with your degree in finance, you are concerned that these municipal ventures and holdings will be less valuable, pay smaller dividends, if they are faced with expenses related to housing for veterans and other services to them? Is it possible that you wish to cut the cost of the medical services provided by the Veterans Administration and Social Security payments to them by making sure that they are dead much sooner than otherwise, absent the deluge of uninsurable, “unavoidably unsafe” toxic injections you have mandated for them?

Is it possible that you understand clearly that while the proximate profits of vaccinating some 22 million veterans with multiple doses of some 90+ (and more coming) vaccinations would be vast, the downstream profits from the chronic degenerative diseases linked with vaccines, from cancer to diabetes to Alzheimer’s Disease and so much more, are unthinkably huge?

Is it also possible that the men and women who have served the United Stated, although anticipated to decline from today’s approximately 22 million to about 14 million in 2043 according to the National Center for Veterans Analysis and Statistics is not declining fast enough to reduce the “burden” on the public coffers for you?

Or is it possible that the real agenda is that these men and women have taken an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic and you share the distrust and fear of these men and women as potential terrorists because they value the Constitution AND know how to shoot?

I am a retired United States Army Major General and a West Point Graduate as was my father before me.

I fought in the wars, both cold and hot, of the United States and was promised health care for the rest of my life in return.

I understand, as you apparently do not, Sir, that it is illegal in the United States to require the surrender of a benefit, in this case, Medical Care under the Veterans Administration, in order to assert a right, in this case, the right of Informed Consent.

I understand, as you apparently do not, Sir, that my right to Informed Consent, to refuse whatever medical intervention is offered without pressure, prejudice or punishment, is secured by Case Law (see, for example, Missouri v. McNeely, 2013) and statute in the United States. I do not give my informed consent for any vaccination.

I understand, as apparently you do not, Sir, that there is no legislation which the United States can pass to remove my personal right of Informed Consent because it is additionally guaranteed by the Geneva Conventions, which the United States signed and ratified. I also understand, as apparently you have overlooked, that, according to the Constitution of the United States, treaty law supersedes National, State or local laws.

Therefore, Sir, you law forcing me to give up my right to medical services through the Veterans Administration is unlawful.

You, Sir, are participating in the violation of the US Constitution, case and statute law AND aiding and abetting a Crime Against Humanity by seeking to remove a right which cannot be removed lawfully from me or my fellow-veterans and by seeking to enlist others in the commission of similar crimes.

Your lawlessness is unconscionable. Your willingness to use the unlawful powers of the State and its agencies to remove my sovereignty over my own body is despicable.

Whatever you motivation, and that of your 10 co-sponsors might be, it is both ignoble and unworthy of a person elected to represent and serve the people of the United States.

You, Sir, are subject to recall if 25% of the voters who participated in the last election in Nevada wish it. They would be wise to do so.

It is my profound hope that the good people of Nevada see fit to so remove you.

In the meantime, I shall be doing my best to enlist all of my fellow veterans in a campaign to assert their protected Right of Informed Consent and to refuse the intrusive and totally unacceptable threat to their life, their liberty and their rights.

US Senate Passes Bill Approving Mandatory Vaccinations for Veterans

Fundamentally, biological warfare is sneaky. It involves a microbial sucker punch to its intended target, often accomplished in a manner in which the aggressor can claim clean hands, while his victim may suffer or die.

Biological warfare can take a number of forms. The question—how can you get a bacteriological or toxic agent on board without the target being alerted– has been asked and answered. In addition to using humans and animals as vectors, biological warfare agents can be airborne, waterborne, foodborne or put into pharmaceuticals.

Substantial concerns have been voiced concerning the potential for inserting bioweapons into vaccines. Indeed, given the history of known contaminated vaccines, this is hardly a matter of speculation. Polio vaccines have been found to contain cancer. A Merck rotavirus vaccine was found to be contaminated with a pig virus. Another Merck product, the Hepatitis B vaccine, was reported to have been laced with the AIDS virus., In addition, a tetanus vaccine distributed in the third world was found to contain human chorionic gonadotrophin, an anti-fertility agent known to produce spontaneous abortions.

The correlation between the rise in vaccinations of children and autism has become an urban legend.

A Bill has just passed the US Senate, mandating that the US Department of Veteran Affairs ensure that all veterans receive immunizations (vaccines) per a draconian schedule. At this juncture, active military must receive over a dozen vaccines. This piece of legislation is therefore an effort to extend the vaccine mandate to those who have previously served their country.

Sec. 101 of Senate Bill 1203, named the 21st Century Veterans Benefits Delivery Act, states that the Department of Veterans Affairs will be tasked with the mandate to “ensure that veterans receiving medical services under chapter 17 of title 38, United States Code, receive each immunization on the recommended adult immunization schedule at the time such immunization is indicated on that schedule.”

The schedule referred to above is frankly staggering. Over ninety vaccines are listed.

The issues here are legion. First of all, an entire group of individuals, those who at one time were in military service, will lose their inherent right to opt out of receiving what is considered prophylactic treatment. According to Anita Stewart, who served in the Air Force and now hosts Wise Women Media radio show, “This could include experimental vaccines or vaccines that have not been tested.”

It is believed that those who refuse will, under this Bill, lose their medical benefits.

Second, there is the issue of the sheer numbers of allegedly preventative immunizations required on this schedule. As anyone who has come down with a case of the flu due to taking a flu shot might realize, the numbers of immunizations on the required schedule could be enough to sicken anyone.

And herein lurks the question of vaccine safety. Flu vaccines have been known to cause Guillain- Barre syndrome, which is a neurological disorder wherein a person’s own immune system attacks the nerve cells and can cause paralysis. Gulf War Syndrome, which may manifest with such symptoms as rash, severe fatigue, muscle and joint pain, headache, irritability, depression, gastrointestinal and respiratory disorders and neurological cognitive defects, is thought by some researchers to have been caused by “vaccine overload.” According to Dr. Mae-Wan Ho and Professor Malcolm Hooper, US Gulf war soldiers received “at least 17 different vaccines, including live vaccines (polio and yellow fever as well as experimental vaccines that had not been approved (anthrax, botulinum toxoid) and were of doubtful efficacy.”

Other researchers have attributed Gulf War Syndrome specifically to the anthrax vaccine given the troops.

In addition, a certain cluster of vaccines have been linked to type one diabetes.  The H1N1 vaccine has been linked to miscarriages and stillbirths. According to this report, the H1N1 shot resulted in sixty times the rate of miscarriage associated with the seasonal flu vaccine.

H1N1 was also found to be linked to a spike in narcolepsy in children. According to this study, there was a four hundred percent increase in the incidence of narcolepsy in those under 20 years of age who received the swine flu vaccine.

It would literally be possible to go on for pages here. The pattern is clear. Vaccine safety is a realistic concern.

In light of the considerable scientific evidence that vaccines cause illness, one must ask what this piece of legislation hopes to attain. Writes Anita Stewart, “Forced mandates are nothing more than medical tyranny….Vaccines in most cases do not cure or protect us, but could make some of us sicker and definitely create a huge and continuing revenue stream for Big Pharma.”

There are no studies concerning the effects of these numbers of vaccines on adults. Equally, there are no studies concerning the “polypharmacy” effects of combining these vaccines. Given the increasing scrutiny of civil rights abuses in the US, coupled with escalating concerns about what appears to be covert US biological weapons activity in a number of different venues, one might expect that Senate Bill 1203 will result in an upsurge of protest.

Veterans have already served their country. To re-enlist them as lab rats diminishes both the concepts of freedom and democracy and also those who have served to protect these ideals.

Senate Bill 1203 was authored by US Senator Dean Heller, Republican from Nevada. It passed the US Senate on November 10, 2015 and now goes to the House of Representatives for consideration.

This bill is long and has several proposals in it. One Section of this bill would require the VA to ensure that veterans receiving medical services from the VA receive each immunization on the recommended adult immunization schedule at the time such immunization is indicated on that schedule.

While the VA should make all vaccines available to veterans, veterans should not be forced or coerced to get every vaccine on the adult schedule in order to meet quality measures or metrics, which this bill proposes. If passed this has the potential to force veterans into getting a vaccine they may not want in order to receive medical services.

This bill was heard by the Senate Veterans’ and Affairs committee and is currently on the Senate Calendar under general orders.

(2) RECOMMENDED ADULT IMMUNIZATION SCHEDULE DEFINED. — Section 1701 of such title is amended by adding after paragraph (9) the following new paragraph: “(10) The term ‘recommended adult immunization schedule’ means the schedule established (and periodically reviewed and, as appropriate, revised) by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices established by the Secretary of Health and Human Services and delegated to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.”. (b) Inclusion of recommended adult immunizations in annual report. — Section 1704(1)(A) of such title is amended — (1) in clause (i), by striking “and” at the end; (2) in clause (ii), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and (3) by inserting after clause (ii) the following new clause: “(iii) to provide veterans each immunization on the recommended adult immunization schedule at the time such immunization is indicated on that schedule.”. (c) Report to Congress. — (1) IN GENERAL. — Not later than two years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall submit to the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs of the House of Representatives a report on the development and implementation by the Department of Veterans Affairs of quality measures and metrics, including targets for compliance, to ensure that veterans receiving medical services under chapter 17 of title 38, United States Code, receive each immunization on the recommended adult immunization schedule at the time such immunization is indicated on that schedule. (2) RECOMMENDED ADULT IMMUNIZATION SCHEDULE DEFINED. — In this subsection, the term “recommended adult immunization schedule” has the meaning given that term in section 1701(10) of title 38, United States Code, as added by subsection (a)(2).

Someone had originally posted the following on my page and I have been looking over the bill and the CDC adult vaccination schedule, and it all is positively frightening. This is going to end up being a very important issue for Veterans that have already been screwed over by mandatory vaccinations and the resulting health issues that the VA tries not to cover or pay for…

US Senate bill: S1203 Here is where all military veterans will be subjected to ALL vaccines for the FULL schedule for the rest of their lives including an annual flu shot OR lose their medical. What a wonderful way to award the people who put their lives on the line to defend our freedom! Looks like they lose their “freedom” to choose what vaccines they want — if any. But it sure is a wonderful gift to the pharmaceutical companies — a reward for their “service” in campaign donations. Lock in students, nurses, teachers and military — who’s next for forced vaccinations?

(I wrote this last part to my friend under the post) ***Remember, active duty military are already LOCKED IN, they get an unknown schedule of vaccinations while in basic training and throughout their military service. They cannot opt out. This could include experimental vaccines or vaccines that have not been tested. Veterans however are currently not required to take vaccines, we can still refuse/opt-out at VA facilities. Medically licensed people here in Florida for example can opt out of everything except the TB test. But if this bill becomes law, for Veterans it will change. This is MEDICAL TYRANNY!

Veterans of course want the right to choose and the right to informed consent, not forced mandates. Forced mandates are nothing more than medical tyranny. We veterans were on the front lines to assure that tyranny of all kinds does not happen in this country. We took an oath to defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic. I hope veterans remember that vow. It does apply to corporate rule as our government is now owned, has been usurped by the corporations. Vaccines in most cases do not cure or protect us, but make could make some of us sicker and definitely create a huge and continuing revenue stream for Big Pharma.

In many cases the military has already poisoned we veterans with exposures that we did not know about or consent to and as I mentioned above, vaccines that were experimental, or not tested or not tested adequately. We were also in close proximity to weapons and chemicals that were toxic and poison and sometimes without any protective or HAZMAT gear. Many of the conditions we veterans now have were due to those exposures during our military service (the VA website confirms a lot of this, including Diabetes 2, Agent Orange exposure, Leukemia exposures to chemicals, Gulf War Syndrome and so many more).

What is important to note is the current CDC adult schedule that would be required by this legislation would mean over 90 vaccinations for each veteran. Many people wonder if the mandating of vaccines COULD BE a eugenics program. And the most important question, at what cost, who will inevitably pay and who benefits?

The powers that be already don’t want to pay for sick veterans and they have made that abundantly clear in what they say, how they legislate and their continued stripping of our rights to adequate health care and benefits. There seems to be few problems and plenty of money to CREATE sick veterans in corporate wars and conflicts in 140+ countries around the world.

This has everything to do with creating a corporate/revenue stream, to absolve the government from paying out and to reward Big Pharma. Veterans entered into the military thinking that they were upholding our FREEDOMS, not bowing to Tyranny!

I am not an “anti-vaxxer” and do not bow to that inaccurate term that the Medical Industrial Complex and Big Pharma uses. I am a concerned citizen, a veteran, a widow of a military member and I come from a military family. I am for informed consent and I am pro-choice regarding what happens to my body (same as with my legal right to an abortion as a woman). I earned that right. I gave up 4 years of my life to have that right. I am attempting to assure that others have that right.
